Postage charges, Delivery and Payment
UK ORDERS Postage charges have been kept to an absolute minimum as we only charge to cover the cost of the postal service and packaging. Please note that all prices quoted INCLUDE postage and packing within the UK so there are no hidden additional charges
OVERSEAS ORDERS The prices charges in our automated shopping store include P+P for UK deliveries only.
WE CAN SHIP OVERSEAS but please contact us first for confirmation of the shipping charge
Delivery We aim to despatch all orders within 10 working days however this is not always possible if a product is out of stock with us or our supplier. We will contact you soon after receiving your order with an expected delivery date. We will notify you immediately of any out of stock products and give a due date for delivery
Payment Please note that payment is only accepted in
GBP - Pounds Sterling. We accept credit card, paypal, cheque, bank transfer and postal order payments in GBP. If you prefer to pay by credit card over the telephone then please do give us a call on 01323 760767

Payment Terms All products must be paid for prior to despatch. If needed we can raise an invoice to you very quickly and email it across to assist in the order/accounts payable process.
For customers ordering on a regular, ongoing basis we can open a 30 day credit account so please do enquire about this. For normal, one off orders we always look to receive payment prior to despatch as detailed above.
